Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent with a big comfy bed and two easy chairs, but the smell of cheap deodorant was a bit off-putting. The service was nice, especially Abdullah at the reception who was very helpful and friendly. The location was extremely good for my needs, close to the center of town, and excellent for exploring the Jeddah Corniche and old city. The dining experience was probably the best feature, offering a wide selection of delicious Middle Eastern and Western foods. Overall, a good value for money option with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is conveniently located in Jeddah, with good accessibility to various areas in the city. While the rooms may not always match booking requirements and have a lingering scent of cheap deodorant, they are generally comfortable for a stay. Ordering early is essential to ensure a smooth experience. The service, although suitable for both business and leisure travelers, may fall short at times in meeting customer expectations, as indicated by a carpenter visit promise that was not fulfilled. The location offers a mixed experience, being close to the center of town and primary areas but lacking proximity to markets and restaurants nearby. The dining experience, while in need of improvements, is satisfactory overall with some good options available. Additional details highlight the hotel's isolated feel and the importance of pre-ordering services before peak hours.
This hotel is just superb with its prime location near the beach and multiple dining options. The rooms offer a clean and comfortable stay with a friendly staff ready to assist. Despite some minor breakfast limitations, the pool area is a highlight to enjoy. The pricing is reasonable, although additional charges for Wi-Fi are a drawback.
The hotel has a great location near the Corniche and the old city of Jeddah, offering a magnificent experience close to the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but noise from surrounding rooms and early gym activities affected the stay. The service was friendly, especially Abdullah the receptionist, who was professional. The dining options were slightly stale, although the variety was good. The hotel boasts well-maintained facilities but lacks proximity to convenience stores.
